7 Day Diet Challenge
- Eat mostly green vegetables, raw tomatoes, sprouted grains and raw nuts
- Use good oils in salads with stir-fried and lightly steamed veggies (ex. avocado, coconut, olive or flaxseed oil)
- Drink more filtered water with fresh lemon or lime
- Reduce intake of processed foods or anything white (no cookies!!!) that is going to be hard for me
